The Air Force says a military C-17 cargo plane crashed on Wednesday with four people aboard at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage. Air Force Captain Uriah Orland says the condition of the four crewmembers was not immediately known. When asked if there were deaths, he did not answer.
